Refund & Cancellation Policy
Opsi Digital Solutions
Effective Date: October 25, 2026
At Opsi Digital Solutions, we provide customized digital services, including website development, e-commerce solutions, booking websites, technical maintenance, and related digital services.
Due to the personalized nature of our work, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy.
By purchasing our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following conditions, subject to applicable law.
1. Website Development Payments
All website development projects require 100% payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A completed payment does not automatically establish the official project start date.
The official start date is confirmed in writing by Opsi Digital Solutions after all required project information has been received.
2. Cancellation Before Project Commencement
Customers may request cancellation before the official project start date.
When no development work has started, a refund will generally be available, less any applicable, previously disclosed and agreed-upon nonrecoverable third-party expenses.
Any deduction will be explained to the customer.
3. Cancellation After Project Commencement
Once website development has officially commenced, payments are non-refundable for voluntary customer cancellations, changes of mind, or decisions not to proceed with the project, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
This policy reflects the customized nature of website development and the allocation of resources, labor, scheduling, and technical preparation associated with each project.
4. Customer Delays and Missing Information
Customers have 7 calendar days after purchase to submit the required project information and materials.
Failure to submit materials within this period may delay project commencement and delivery.
Missing information does not automatically cancel the project or create a right to a refund.
Opsi Digital Solutions will communicate with the customer regarding outstanding requirements and any necessary scheduling adjustments.
5. Revisions and Completed Work
Customers receive the revisions or adjustments expressly included in their purchased service package.
Requests outside the agreed project scope may require additional payment.
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference does not automatically qualify for a refund when the work substantially conforms to the agreed specifications.
Customers may report incomplete, defective, or nonconforming work and request an appropriate resolution.
6. Membership Subscriptions
Monthly website maintenance memberships renew automatically only when the customer has authorized recurring billing.
Customers may cancel future renewals through the available online cancellation method or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless another effective date is required by law or expressly agreed.
Already-paid membership periods are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, except where required by law or applicable contractual terms.
Membership cancellation does not eliminate outstanding obligations for services already provided.
7. Hosting and Domain Services
Domain registration and renewal fees paid to third-party providers may be non-refundable once the relevant registration or renewal has been completed.
Hosting fees may also be non-refundable after the applicable paid service period begins, subject to applicable law and the provider’s terms.
Any third-party fees or non-refundable charges affecting an order will be disclosed when applicable.
Customers remain responsible for domain renewal expenses and any standalone hosting costs required to maintain their website after ending an eligible maintenance membership.
8. Service Issues and Exceptions
If Opsi Digital Solutions is unable to deliver a contracted service, materially fails to meet agreed specifications, or otherwise breaches an applicable agreement, the customer may contact us to request a resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include correction of the work, completion of outstanding services, an agreed partial refund, or another remedy required by law.
This policy does not waive statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Refund Requests and Processing
Refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
Email: Opsidigitals@gmail.com
Customers should include:
- Order number.
- Purchase date.
- Purchased service.
- Reason for the refund or cancellation request.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method unless an alternative method is lawful, supported by the payment provider, and expressly agreed upon.
Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
10. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Opsi Digital Solutions to resolve billing concerns.
Nothing in this policy restricts a customer’s lawful right to dispute a charge with their bank or payment provider.
We may provide applicable transaction records, project correspondence, and purchase agreements in response to payment disputes.
11. Policy Changes
Opsi Digital Solutions may update this policy to reflect changes in services, procedures, or applicable laws.
Updates will be published with a revised effective date.
The refund terms applicable to an existing order will not be retroactively changed in a manner that unlawfully reduces the customer’s contractual rights.
